Year Structure
As mentioned before, BTSD consists of four sequential years. Each year of the program deepens and expands on the foundations of discipleship and leadership established by the year before it. Each year has a different "goal" that we will explore below.
Discipleship 1
This first year of BTSD is focused on identifying and addressing any gaps in foundational Christian teaching & doctrine. We aim to examine, refine, and secure these truths. We recognize that establishing all Christian foundations in one year is not possible, but whether you are a completely new Christian, or a seasoned believer who is seeking further growth, we have a course track to challenge and grow you.

1 Year Program
Discipleship 2
Discipleship 2 builds on the foundations established in Discipleship 1, focusing on advancing students in their walk with Christ and starting to fulfill The Great Commission that Jesus commanded of us in Matthew 28:16-20. This year is designed to refine your identity as a disciple and begin to prepare you to lead others on their walk as a disciple.

1 Year Program
Leadership 1
The purpose of Leadership 1 is to help you fulfill The Great Commission (Matt. 28:16-20) by becoming a disciple-maker. Learning how to make disciples isn't something you can do by just gaining knowledge. You need experience in a safe environment with other leaders there to help. This program gives you live online training experience in mentoring, inner healing, and deliverance. The curriculum is slightly less, so you have time to focus on gaining experience. Every book, video, and e-course we give you will shape you into an equipped leader for the body of Christ, one that is ready to go forward living out The Great Commission daily.

1 Year Program
Leadership 2
Leadership 2 is the final stage of the School of Discipleship, entirely focused on you and your unique journey. In this program, we will develop a custom, individualized curriculum and training plan tailored to your specific calling and mandate in the Kingdom of God. Those who attend this stage should be ready to launch into their calling immediately after completing their program. Leadership 2 can be anywhere from 1-4 years depending on what your specific calling & mandate is, how much experience you have in said calling, and what you desire to be trained in. Whether you want to be a missionary, church planter, pastor, or any other ministry leader we have the curriculum and training for you.​​
